原作品名只有一個字「V」，這使得多年前個人想找資料時非常痛苦！對個人而言，此片開啟了蠻多前所未見的視野，像剝皮的外星人、有超能力的外星地球混血女孩、外星人自己的爭鬥、細菌戰…。當然，在今日這些素材已經很常見了吧！由現代的觀眾再回過頭去看，也許會覺得很多東西太舊了，但當時確是很有特色。
