@NYPLPA. 马修自己在采访里也承认了不知对这个 reconceived for camera 的播出版本作何感想。对我而言，一个场景近乎不变的类“广场舞”的编排搭配上这么花哨琐碎的镜头就好像有个人在强迫你在人海中把头转来转去一样令人头晕, videorecording 本质是为了忠实 theatrical production, 瞎搞蒙太奇就等于 butcher 编舞。提及的 reference 包括美意两版《邮差总按两次铃》和希区柯克——马修伯恩，moviegoer, amateur, appropriator and mixer. 剧作本身没什么好讲的，天鹅湖 Act 3 小意大利 AU, gimme Liam!Angelo and we're all good.
